Sail Shade World ensures all their shade sails are dispatched via air express. The journey from the factory to your doorstep typically spans 4-7 days. Considering a production cycle of up to two days within the factory, customers can generally expect their orders to arrive within a week from the date of purchase.

However, there are exceptions for more remote areas like the Australian outback, isolated parts of North and South America, and countries with less developed infrastructure. In these cases, DHL hands over the package to subcontractors, potentially extending the delivery period by an extra 7 – 10 days.
